Processing & Fulfillment

Processing and production times vary depending on the product, fulfillment partner, and order volume. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping

At this time, Proverbs 31 Co. ships within the United States only.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has completed production and shipped.

Separate Shipments

Items in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages. If this occurs, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number. You will not be charged anything beyond the total shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.
