At Proverbs 31 Co., each item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong color.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and the problem

We will review your request and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. If a return is necessary, return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

Sizing

Because our apparel is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to selecting the wrong size. Please review the size chart provided on the product page carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
